DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

Yes, we accept the return of the products. Please check out our information below. The item has to be unused and in its original packaging. You can return the product to us within 30 days.

RETURNING NON-FAULTY PRODUCT(S)

We offer a 30 day exchange or cancellation after delivery. If you wish to cancel the order under the Distance Selling Regulations Act you may do so in writing via email to support@appliancesonline.org to arrange collection. We will respond to your email within 1 working day. We don’t charge any fees for the return of the order.

RETURNING DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)

If the product is defective and it is within the 2-year warranty period, then please contact us at support@appliancesonline.org quoting the order number and your full name and we will advise you of the next steps. Should you need to return a damaged or defective product to us, the postage will be reimbursed once we are in receipt of the product and we have confirmed that the product is defective or damaged. Further details will be issued to you via support@appliancesonline.org with regard to returning the product and which courier service we would recommend.

HOW TO RETURN MY PRODUCT?

In order to return your order, please contact our support team via email at support@appliancesonline.org. Our support team will respond by email to your query within 1 working day, Monday to Friday during working hours. We will require your full name, order number and a description of the issue.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND?

We will send you an email once we issue a full refund for your order. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days.
